Applied LNG To Construct New Plant In Midlothian, TX

On Nov. 20, 2014, Applied LNG, the United States’ second-largest producer of liquefied natural gas (LNG), broke ground on a $150 million facility in Midlothian, Texas. 212 Acres Purchased For New Industrial Park

DALLAS, TEXAS, April 29, 2014– Midlothian Economic Development, a non-profit industrial development corporation in Midlothian, Texas, has acquired 212 acres located at the northwest corner of Highway 67 and Miller Road, according to Larry Barnett, President of Midlothian Economic Development.  A new business park will be developed on the land in support of Midlothian Economic Development’s focus to attract companies from outside the area to build their business within the City of Midlothian.

Applied Natural Gas Fuels to Build LNG Production Plant in Midlothian, Texas

Applied Natural Gas Fuels, Inc. (“ANGF” or the “Company”) announced it has purchased 31 acres of land to build a liquefied natural gas (LNG) production plant in RailPort Business Park in Midlothian, Texas, south of the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.  ANGF will be the first mid-stream LNG production company to build an LNG platform in the North Texas region.
